Hi Gabriel. Thanks for making me smile just now: I thought it was funny that you and I seemed to have "discovered" the little WW secret in recent weeks. How cool that it takes two southern Ontarians to figure it out :)
These photos are priceless. How true that as they get older, things have the potential to become, um, less sweet. Still, they still have the power to pleasantly surprise us!
Hope you're surviving tonight's ice storm in warm comfort. I'm almost afraid to see what it'll be like tomorrow morning.
Carmi, let's just pretend that we're smarter than what we really are!
Re: ice storm, it's ugly in here. And I have to go to Toronto tomorrow morning! But I know that at the end of the day I will be happy; I might have to go there early for work, but tomorrow night I will be at the Ace Frehley concert! YES!!!
Now I will go and leave a message in your blog so similar to this one, you will think I copied & pasted! :-)
Stephanie, thanks for your comments. I think I have an even more beautiful picture of those two (maybe for next week). I loved your post!
I have tons of sleeping pictures of my kids because kids are so beutiful and peaceful when they sleep aren't they? So precious how he has his arm around her.
Aww so cute. My brother and I were like that. We used to fight all the time. I just adored him but I was so annoying and he didn't want anything to do with me. We are close now so there is hope for your kids yet.
What a sweet picture! It's a pity they don't get along too well now, but hopefully that may change one day? You never know, do you? Mine is up too: http://heaveninbelgium.blogspot.com/2008/03/wordless-wednesday-its-small-world.html
You just made my bio clock go CLANG CLANG CLANG again (its been a little rowdy lately, but the snooze button was hit when I discovered a friends toddler had face painted herself with a pen). ;-)
In fairness, me and my youngest brother would rather stab each other than look at each other from the ages of 10 - 22. Now we get mad if the other forgets to call once a week. ;-)
Isn't that always the way? I must not let my son see this picture. He saw someone's newborn in a pic yesterday online and every hour or so we'd have to come down and look at it again. I mean, I like babies but for Pete's sake!
Said son and the cat are featured in my WW. Happy hump day!
What a sweet photo... not sure how old your children are now but once mine grew up to full adulthood (and some level of maturity), they've become great friends and very supportive of one another. Of course they don't live in the same town either! lol
I like this photo because it stands completely on it's own without words, which is just what a Wordless Wednesday photo ought to do!
Born in Necochea, Argentina, I live in Waterloo with my wife Gabriela and four kids: Santiago (14), Carolina (12), Juan (10) and Florencia (5).
I'm an IT Professional working at a multinational company. I travel. A lot. In my spare time, I coach my kids' soccer teams and also sing in a great church choir.
