Manic Monday #12

Question #1 - Is there anything for which you would willingly give your life?
Sure. Five things. In no particular order: Gaby, Santi, Flor, Juan and Caro. I know, it's almost cheating. :-)

Question #2 - How would you communicate with someone if you didn't share a common language?
I'm very expressive. Hands and eyes can work wonders.

Question #3 - Where is your ideal place/location to have a wedding?
I like the church when I got married, but if I could pick a place, I would go to either Austria or Switzerland, because that's the place my fiancée has always wished she knew... ;-) Other places I'd loved would be "La Galia", the estate / rural town where I lived for two years, and Orense, the tiny village by the sea, 100 km south from Necochea, my hometown. I have great memories of both places. The honeymoon would be in Buzios (Brazil) again, because it was just great!

This is Orense, in Argentina

Brazil is pretty great - especially because I believe has is about 12 cents a gallon (in American money) there right now, where-as I am paying over $3! lol

I believe your answers to #3 are a little bias, too, but who cares? The pic is lovely.

Enjoyed your MM today. Happy Monday! See ya tomorrow..... :)

Janet, yes, that's why I felt I was almost cheating. That question was an easy one to answer...

Mommy of 2 grlz, I will soon write about "Titanes en el Ring" (Titans in the ring) which is the historic Argentine promotion that ran from the 50's to the late 80's. It was just amazing, and I'm sure Vince could copy a few things from there (if he hasn't already). Characters like "The Hurricane" were very common back then.

{Ãñgê£}ä, Chances are that the gas price could be $0.12 American, but per litre. Still, at $.45 the gallon, it's cheaper! :-)

JennieBoo, does your "See ya tomorrow" mean that you're coming back for "Where were you?" Yay!
:-)

Gabriel. a few people have said that you can have a nice wedding and still not spend a lot. I am glad you were able to :)

Thanks for commenting in my blog.

True, Shannon, but the price was high: we both worked very hard even during the party to make sure things went OK, and so did my wife's family. Sure the party was a success, but we were all exhausted afterwards...
