Hi Gabriel. I completely agree with you: I've always absolutely loved Waterloo for so many reasons. Thank you for taking me on this photographic journey. You've reminded me that I need to go back for another visit.

My own WW contribution will be up later this eve, but for now, I've posted a link to a neat new photographic activity on my site. I hope you can come by and check it out: because you're so photo-focused, I suspect you'll enjoy it!

All the best my 401-neighbour friend!

Hi Gabriel -- You have a pretty town and it is very active. We live outside of our town, it has population 847 and growing.

The kids get my award for the most inviting, playing in the snow on the ice. I would get some honey if I were there, we ran out of Vermont honey.

Happy WW! Thanks for the visit to Amber. She is my daughter's cat.

Looks like a really nice place to live! I love the picture of the Mennonites selling apple butter. Now I am hungry. Apple butter on buttery toast is my favorite treat and I haven't had it in TWO YEARS!

Well those are the best pictures yet! That Physics building is stupendous. Of course, it's only based on theory. (hee hee) I would like to visit Waterloo. Did Napoleon ever visit? I heard he met his Waterloo in England. That sun picture is a little too close for comfort. Did you burn your eyes?

I lol'd at the picture of Oktoberfest - looks fun!

The winter picture of your backyard is awesome!

Happy WW!

Waterloo is one of the Canadian cities that I would definitely move to. The issue is less about desire and more about practicalities, like:
- I have an apartment HERE
- I have a job HERE
- I have family HERE
Actually, I know I can get an apartment anywhere, and travel to visit family... it's just that pesky earning a living thing that keeps me from loading up the Sunfire and cruising across the province.
Happy WW.
